This is a great overnight park. It is dirt and gravel which is fine with us. The sites are smooth and level. The trees are around the outside. The sites are large. They do offer free laundry and Wi-Fi. We will stop anytime it works for us.

We come for a square dance week so things are different than normal. There are multiple camping areas. We end up in the one near the square dance hall(Aspen Park) which is full hook but only 30 amp but mostly 20 amp. Restrooms and showers are in other areas so you have to walk a ways. Showers are large but the water pressure is weak. Restrooms & Showers are clean. Sites are grass and fairly level and when it rains you can get stuck. Some roads are paved but in between sites are dirt and gravel. There is no internet. Very quiet park with lights around. Owners are great and the park is well maintained although the grass may need cutting.

Restrooms & Showers are interesting. There are 8 private bathrooms, but you are given a key to only one. Had some trouble with the one that was occupied was the one we had the key for. Our site was great. Real nice shade trees. Site seemed level and was dirt with gravel. Roads had so chuck holes but not real bad. Sites only offer 30 amp. Park sis on a major street but didn't notice road noise, we were at the back of the park next to a city park. Park's Wifi didn't work at all for us, but it is free. Owners very friendly. Park is maintained. We stayed 2 weeks to rest up from traveling. Good location.

Good for a stopover. Restrooms & Showers is an over statement. There is one private bath in a building. It seemed clean except of the mold and mildew. It's a tub with shower, toilet and sink, small. The Site is more dirt than gravel but it was level. The park roads are the same. There is no Internet. We had a street light right beside us. There are two in the park. We didn't notice and road noise although the park is right beside US 160. Staff was friendly. We stayed for two nights on our way to South Fork. Park is up for sale. Good stop for the night.

Restrooms & Showers are okay. Showers were small compared to other campgrounds. Water was hot. Site was level, but the dirt and gravel comments are oh so true. The hookups are side by side which makes the site seem smaller. It depends how your neighbors park in their sites. The only paved road is from the highway to the office door. They have Wi-Fi internet which was okay for us. It may depend where you park as to how good or bad it is. There are only two TV stations available on aerial, CBS & PBS. We didn't notice any road noise, and the campground was otherwise quiet. They did close our awnings for when a big wind came up and we weren't there. Yes the big oil or gas tanks are there but we didn't really notice anything. The park staff is friendly and helpful. The park is well maintained if you like gravel. There is no landscaping to speak of. We stayed 4 nights and had only electric and water hook up. We were sight seeing in the area.

Restrooms & showers were clean. Shower stalls are small. Women's shower heads are low (hit me in the back of the neck (5'7")). I had trouble with the water at first, but finally figured out how the faucet worked. The site is level but close to the highway. Campground is below it so if there is a lot of traffic expect road noise. Sites and road are gravel with grass on both sides of the site. We did use pads with the jacks. Internet seems to be real good. I think cable is included. Staff was friendly. We only stayed for one night on our way to see friends.

Restrooms & Showers were very clean and very nice. Site was fairly level. We parked parallel to the side walk and had 30 amp. The road was paved but slightly slanted toward the curb. The sites have no sewer so you have to go dump. Staff was friendly. Park well maintained. Can't beat the price. We stayed for 3 nights until we found a campground with sewer. Parks around Golden stay full in the summer.

It's in the national park near Jackson Lake. There are two campgrounds. One has hook ups and the other doesn't. Showers are pay ($3.50). The campground is well shaded and the sites are comfortable. Site was dirt and pine needles and fairly level. The park roads are paved but the site is not. There is wireless internet available free at the Cabin Rental Office. Our AT&T was slow. The park was quiet. Generators are not welcome. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were visiting the park for the sites. We stayed 9 days.

Restrooms and showers were big but no heat or air conditioning. Since the weather was cold it made a difference. Site was somewhat level. Roads paved but sites gravel and grass. We used pads. There are a few back-ins, but mostly pull-thru. Sites are average width but since the park is not full they mostly alternate every other site. Site access is easy and the park roads are paved. The internet was mostly okay but sometimes went down or was weak. We noticed no noise, but we were pretty far back in the park. The lighting was adequate. This is a very open park. We stayed here rather than Ponderosa because we figured we be out in the open there and this park was less expensive. Park people seemed friendly. We didn't go to the office much. We stayed 11 days before going into Yellowstone and did some sight seeing. We would stay again.

It's a National Park. Restrooms were clean and in the campground, shared between loops. Showers are up at the office and cost $3.25, time is unlimited and water is hot. The site was level and paved. We had little trouble leveling. The sites are made to fit. You need reservations and are all back in. They are no wider than they need to be. We had no trouble backing in. The basic park roads are fine, but you don't want to go fast through the campground. We found the park quiet with some noise during the early evening. We stayed 13 nights. If you are only staying a few days you might want to stay in one of the campgrounds without hook ups. If you visit each area you do a lot of driving. Each area is 14 to 21 miles from the other. There is no internet access that we found for our AT&T air card. (Verizon might do better). Cell phones can be used in some place in the park but not at Fishing Bridge Campground.(Ask the workers) Any time something broke an effort was being made to fix it.

Restrooms & showers were clean. Hot water, shower stalls and dressing area adequate (nice if bigger). The site is level with gravel. Trees between site. Whole park is gravel and between city streets. Sites are not over large but we have enough room with a picnic table. Internet available for a price. We had an air card (AT&T). It was very slow but the library has free Wifi. Motorcycles and noisy truck early morning. Park has lights but not over lit. Owners are nice, seem to be trying to make it a good park. It is in town and looks a little more spacious than the other in town parks. We stayed nine days because we couldn't get reservations in Yellowstone National Park. We'll be moving back over in a couple of days. It would probably work as well to stay here as in the park except you would be a long way from ranger night programs and have to get up early for ranger morning programs. National Park speed limits are max of 45 and you have to go a minimum of 15 miles just to get to the first area.

It's a KOA. The paved part(asphalt) of the site is just wide enough for the RV. Your walk way is dirt or grass. Spacing of the sites is good. Parts of the road in currently have pot holes. Would stay again but might try the city park. Wi-Fi is weak for our spot; don't know about others.

Wonderful location. Right off of I-35. Easy off and on. It is amazing how little road noise there is. Restrooms and Showers clean and nice. No internet. Had to stop because we lost parts to our brake buddy and needed to have the brakes checks. Sites are good size and level. You park on cement pads. Have stayed before and will stay again.

We parked in the 30 amp with water and electric only. Restrooms & Showers on that side of the park are individual rooms with shower, toilet and sink. The shower was one of the biggest we've found in a KOA. The water pressure was okay, the water was hot and the shower curtain actually covered the opening. The site we were on sloped to the drivers side. The ground was gravel with grass on the sides no more than 8 feet. The gravel is relatively fresh and so we used pads for the jacks. It's a KOA site with barely enough room for motorhome from side to side. The access is fine. It's on the north side of Casper. At the entrance there are a couple of big chuckholes. The interior roads are mostly good and even. The Internet is works okay. There is wind but haven't noticed any noise or excess light. The park is not far from the highway but it seems to be lightly traveled. The owners are okay. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the sign on the door said they'd be back at 3:30 pm. They did show up on time but it was cold so the waiting was not real fun. We stopped here for 4 nights and plan to do sightseeing in Casper and Douglas on our way to Yellowstone.

We stayed a week and thought the campground was great. Our site was wide enough. They offer a BBQ. Restrooms & Showers were clean but kind of tiny. Our site was level and gravel but we needed to put pads down for the jacks. We had no trouble getting in. The internet was great and so was the cable. The park seemed quiet. Owner were friendly. We were sightseeing around Cheyenne. Park seems well maintained.

The previous comments are accurate. In our opinion the only good thing is that the restrooms and showers were clean. Small toilet spaces and showers. Sites narrow. Needs gravel and grating on some sites and road. Big speed bumps and road needs repair before you get to the park. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Very funny set up. Tells you to disable your firewall. We never did get it working and had to reload several pieces of software. Road noise was the worst we have encountered in two years. Trucks exiting highway for Pilot truck stop.

Restrooms & showers were clean, free and reasonable size. Water pressure in shower is a problem when the toilets flush. Site is level. The surface is new gravel and moderately hard. Sites are adequate but could be wider. Site access is a little tight and the park roads are gravel. They do have Wi-Fi that is at least average. No noise and not many lights, enough to see without a flashlight but not too much. Owners are fairly new, working on the park to make it better, friendly and helpful people. We stayed for 4 nights. Went to the Hot Springs park and the history museum.

Older park under new management. They are making improvements as time goes on. Great location if you want to be in North Dallas. Staff is friendly. Restrooms and showers are clean but old. New showers are being built in one part of the park. Internet $$. A working park. Sites are fairly level some more than others. Some Trees. Lots of permanent residents in both mobile homes, trailers or motorhomes. We stay at least a month each time because of family connections.

Next door to Milwaukee. Works great for sight seeing. Restrooms & Showers in separate rooms but big and clean. Shower enclosed but no separate dressing rooms. Large Parking Lot - paved with a little grass around the edge. If you want an outdoor experience this is not the place. Sites were fairly level. Did have to put front wheels up about 2 inches for leveling. Sites were very wide. Not long enough to park home and trailer back to back but plenty of room for slide outs and park car and trailer along side. Area lit but did not bother us. There may have been noise but really didn't notice it. During the day we heard the cars on the track. Heard a couple of cars with the loud boom box going by but for a city parking lot it was very quite. People in the office were okay, warmed up after a couple of days. Park is well maintained. Will always stay here when in Milwaukee.

Dane County Park. Restrooms & Showers nice and clean. Sites were level with gravel. Park roads were paved. Nice size sites both length and width. Very little outside light and no noise. Nice park would stay again. We paid more because we were out of state.

Stayed 1 week. Restrooms & Showers were clean and well placed. Sites were level, paved and a little close together. Park roads are paved. We stayed here because we wanted to do sight seeing in Des Moines not because of the Casino or Park. It was the best park we could find in the area. It is definitely geared for the casino and theme park. Lots of families and kids, but not a problem. Would stay again.

Restrooms & Showers were clean but constantly had a boom box playing. Everything all in one building. Site was level, but on grass. We had 30amp and no sewer. Tight maneuvering and low branches. Very expensive for what you got. We went to see the Spam museum and Mower Historic Center. The Mower Historic Center is on the county fair grounds and so we got 2 for one because the fair was on. Probably will not stay again, seen the sites and not a real friendly campground. Price does not match facilities.

Stayed 2 1/2 weeks. Purpose of visit was to rest, relax do a little sight seeing and visit relatives. Nice park, could be more level on some sites. Restrooms & Showers were clean and well maintained. Our site was level with gravel. Had no problems even though rain. Main park road paved, the rest are dirt and gravel. Only had site with electric and water. Had a problem with electric breaker. Park got right on it even though our explanation didn't make sense. Just off of I 90 on US 23. Quiet park and no noise. Internet most of the time good but at times slow. Owners friendly and care about the park. Definitely stay again.

You must ask for sewer if you have a big rig. Some sites appear to be inaccessible for motorhomes. Park not quite on the top of the hill. Our view was of trees. Park roads are dirt with some gravel. Our site was not real level, had to put front wheels on top of boards because there was too much slope front to back. The site we were in sloped also on the sides and was not really wide enough for you to step out of the coach onto level ground. Management not real friendly seems to be concerned with money, like charges for early arrival. More suited to trailers.

They had dropped their Passport membership and felt the price was too high. Grass sites and with all the rain, we were not sure our rig would not sink. Site did not look real level. Only 17 overnight sites, the rest are seasonal sites. Roads are dirt with some gravel. We saw no shade, mostly open field on a hill. Not near the Wisconsin Dells, about a 20 minute drive. Staff did not seem to care if we stayed or not. Charges for pets.

Restrooms & Showers clean but showers not in restroom. Big open field some sites grass others gravel. Some sites have full hook up, others just water & electric. Sites reasonable size. It rained while we were there, did not sink as in other parks. Different configuration of sites than we've seen before. Some of the park roads could have used more gravel. Only two paved main roads. We had more rain than usual. Park quiet and reasonably dark. Staff helpful. Very convenient to Amana Colony. Loved the Amana Colonies, would stay again.

Restrooms & Showers were fine. Our site was level, well shaded average size. Most of the sites had some shade and looked level. We actually got to picked it. Site and road were gravel and well maintained. Internet was good the first few days and the went to pot so we switched to our own. It is just off of I-90 but we didn't notice any noise. Good park well maintained, we'd stay again. Stayed for a week. Camp host and people in office very nice.

Restrooms & Showers need to be remodeled. They were not clean. The camp host offered to have them cleaned. We were only there for the night so we used our own. Site was level with gravel. We had no problems. Site was long in length to take us without unhooking the car. (40' + car) It is a fairgrounds. Roads were okay. No internet, on the opposite side of town from Hwy. Quiet park. Would stop again for overnight. Price is right and spaces are accessible.

We did not stay but had reservations and pulled in. They gave us a 30-amp site and we thought we had reserved 50-amp. They did refund our money. The road is dirt and dusty. The sites are not wide and have dirt with a little gravel. There was no grass and no shade. They advertise a water park but it is with the motel and there is a fee charged. We went next door and things were great.

Some shade. Restrooms clean, Shower water barely warm. Good location, across from the missile headquarters, about 10 miles from the Badlands Visitors Center. Just off of I-90. Internet signal is low, we're using our own. Probably could not hookup to theirs. They have a plug to combine two 30-amp circuits but our management computer is too smart and only sees 30. Might stay again. Might try a different campground. Sites are good size. Staying 1 week.

We stayed two weeks. Would stay again. Located about 15 miles from Deadwood/Lead and from Spearfish. Very open no shade. New. Part of the park is on a hillside and would give a lovely view. They had had a lot of rain the week before so no one was on the hill. Park was empty. The most vehicles at one time was less than ten. Showers and Restrooms were clean but the women's shower water was not hot. Sites were gravel with grass patios.

Showers are old and small. Men's toilets are not necessarily clean; may be because of someone using them. Good Sam's rating for bathroom seems high. For the price okay. Needs more gravel and dirt on the internal roads. It was raining when we pulled in. The car and RV got very dirty from the short drive in. Sites are level with concrete runners. Seems to be a good location for sightseeing.

Will not stay again. We think Custer State Park might be a better choice. Great if you are visiting MacDonalds Farm, Reptile Garden, or Bear Country. Sites are grass. Membership park. Located about halfway between Rapid City (grocery stores) and Sight Seeing places, about 15 to 20 miles. Staff was okay, not real friendly. Showers are free but timed.

This is an old KOA under new management. The facilities are old but well maintained. The sites for large motorhomes are in the open but there are other shaded sites. The sites are narrow. The people running the park are real nice. The WiFi worked well.

The sites are paved and around 60 feet. Full Hook up. Sort of hard to spot from the highway. Across from the Wal-Mart. Sites are nice size and shaded. The honor system. Police patrol the area for safety. Good place to stop for a couple of days or overnight.

We stay a month each time we're through Dallas in April and November. It is an old park but it is well maintained. It is well located for Dallas. Sites are asphalt with gravel patios. Some are more level than others. Most of the people are working people with a few day stops. The park seems to be mostly full but we can usually get a site. We do make reservations.

Open park. Closer to Custer State Park and the Wildlife Loop than Rushmore Shadows. Stayed a week on Passport Rates. Our rig is almost 40'. The site they put us in was supposed to be 55 but we had to park our car in the next site. Friendly people not a bad location. Just outside the Black Hills. Would stay again.

For a park that does not have a pool or other entertainment amenities it is very nice. You are directed to your site and get all the help you could want. The sites are long for those that wish to pull in with the tow attached. The overnight or weekly sites are narrow and there are no hooks in the showers. The proximity to I20 is good for getting in and out but there is the downside of high way noise. We stayed a week to see some things in town and get caught up on house and book work. The WiFi worked very well.

This is a really nice park and the owners are working every day to improve it. They have a way to go yet. In the month we were there it rained for 4 days straight and the park was not flooded. There were some large pools but nothing you couldn't avoid. This is unlike traveling down the highway through Carlsbad, every intersection was flooded. The owners put on a breakfast every Saturday and some Sundays for $3 of less and had a campfire with marshmallows every Friday and Saturday night. The restrooms were cleaned every day. We would stay again. The owners really care if you have a good time. The pull-through we had was nice and wide. The sites are level and some have shade trees. Cable is extra.

We actually did not stay and do not understand why it got a good rating from Trailer Life. We pulled in, looked around and left. The park was dusty, both the park and the road to the park. Our unit wasn't very dirty before we pulled in but was filthy when we left. The men's restroom smelled and had no toilet tissue. There were curtains less than a foot from the toilets. The showers looked okay but one had a folding chair to put things on and the other nothing. Several clothes washers had the remains of rugs that were washed in them.
